"Michael’s course is the best investment you can make for your English pronunciation.

I didn’t have any expectations but I was surprised and amazed by how thorough the course is. It’s really fun. It’s well made. The fact that we can actually understand how the sounds are made through the shape of the mouth and the position of the tongue is crucial if we want to be able to able to make the sounds perfectly (I mean correctly at first and at some point perfectly!).

"Hello there, my name is Roanllelo, I am a native Spanish speaker and I would like to share my experience in working with the pronunciation course from Michael.

I have been working with Michael for around 3 weeks now, and I can honestly spot really great improvement when it comes to my confidence and pronunciation in English.

The thing that I really like about this course is that it’s super organised well structured. You can do it in your own time and you have lifetime access to it. The minute that you enter this course and you start working with Michael, he prepares a personal roadmap which is a step-by-step guide for you, tailored for your current status of English. He will tell you exactly things that you are doing great, and things that need to be improved.

He is a person who will sketch everything and then he will combine this plan with the lessons in the course. I can tell I have been able to spot things I thought I was doing right in my pronunciation. But it turns out that I was mispronouncing and also having bad habits because of the nature of my language as well.

There are more things to add to it. Once you join this course I really love the idea that you have a weekly live with Michael in the group where he encourages you to practice more. It is also another way for you and him to make sure you progress in the language.

On top of that, I think there’s one thing I would like to tell you guys, when it comes to a second language, by experience I was one of these guys who wanted to do it all on my own. I spent 8 years trying to learn it on my own, didn’t go anywhere just YouTube.

But in fact, although you can get to a certain level, you’re always going to have the ‘how do I know if I’m doing it right?’ kind of insecurity.

That is why it’s really important to have a mentor. Especially a native speaker of that language entirely. In this case, it’s Michael.

Michael apart from being a really prepared professional he’s a friend. So if you’re looking for that native-speaker friend where you can feel free to speak, Michael is your guy. Michael is really passionate about what he is doing, he knows that from his own experience when he was trying to speak and learn Portuguese as a second language. And how it feels to be afraid, sceptical when it comes to speaking or to open our mouth.

So that was one of the main reasons I chose him in comparison to all the others around. And I actually encourage you to go for it.

"Hi, my name is KK and I’m from Singapore. I’ve just started the course recently and I find it really helpful. The support from Michael is also fantastic. Now I will like to share 3 concerns I had about signing up for this course from a financial perspective:

My first concern: Why do I need to pay for a course? After all, there are so many free lessons available online. In fact, Michael has also uploaded many videos on YouTube so what’s the difference? Initially, I thought both must be quite similar as they are from the same person, however, I was totally wrong.

The course is much more intensive and can be regarded as an investment to upgrade ourselves.

This investment enables us to acquire a life skill which will help us in our career and our confidence to speak English well. Of course, we can still depend on those free online lessons but where something is given to us for free we may take it for granted. Therefore we may procrastinate or get distracted in our learning journey. Due to the lack of commitment, we may not get the desired results.

My second concern: Is the course fee reasonable or too costly? This is something very subjective depending on the individual, however, if we keep on comparing the price there would be no ending and we may never commence our learning journey.

Besides, let’s not forget it is not fair to determine the quality of the course based on the price. Hence the most important thing is to sign up for a course that can suit your learning style. Otherwise, it’s a waste of your time and money.

Honestly, I find that Michaels’s course is real value for money as it’s very comprehensive and well structured. He will demonstrate how to articulate the sound slowly, step by step. This will allow us to learn at our own pace and at our own time.

Additionally, Michael will identify those areas of improvement and customise a learning program tailored to your needs. As a result, you are sure to see your improvement.

My third concern: How do we know that we are learning something correctly on our own? Well, be rest assured that while this worry is common, it’s unnecessary. This is because Michael is very supportive so if you face any problems he is there to help you.

Having said that, if you still really feel that the course it’s not for you, do not worry there’s a 100% refund within 30 days hence you have nothing to lose.

In summary, Michael is very motivating and passionate in his teaching. He’s determined to help all his students to improve hence I strongly recommend all of you to sign up for his course.

This is indeed a value for money course because it’s great to have him as our mentor.

"Hello everyone. I am recording this video to share with you my experience with Michael’s course that is called ‘How to speak English clearly’ (now British Accent Method).

The course is really well organised. The contents are made for you to study what you need. It will have an explanation of all the sounds but in the beginning, Michael does an analysis of your way of speaking so he tells you which sounds you should prioritise. So when you study that sound you can see immediate changes in your way of speaking which is excellent.

And also we have live sessions where he practices with each student and he tells us how is our process and if we are making the sound accurately... and if not, he gives us free feedback. And with that feedback, we get to the sound that we want. Because many times we believe that we are doing it right, but in those sessions, we get to the real pronunciation.

So that’s something that I like a lot. And Michael is really professional he’s really interested in helping us because he is trying his best for us to get to that pronunciation that we want. And he motivates us a lot and the good thing is that he’s always there if we have questions or if we have any doubts.

And from time to time he’s also sending messages to us asking us if we need something or if there is something that he can help us with, so that’s really great. "Hi, It’s Rong from Taiwan. I was one of Michael’s students and here are some questions that he wanted me to answer for him.

The first question is ‘What were the challenges you were facing when speaking English before and how they were affecting you?’

So to be honest, the biggest challenges I was facing were: I did not know how to pronounce many words correctly and confidently in English. I was educated in a system that was only centred on writing and reading. So students had no chance to practice real conversation in the class.

Therefore when I first came to England I had enormous difficulty understanding native English speakers from different countries and I couldn’t express myself well either. It was really frustrating for me at that time.

Here is the second question: ‘What caused you to get the course?’

Well, I was searching how to pronounce this particular word ‘WALL’ like the walls in your room. And I came across Michael’s video online in which he explained it so clearly. And what was more important he practised that with us from slowly to fast so, in the end, I decided to give the course a go.

The third ‘Did you have any doubt about buying the course’?

Yes definitely, I was thinking that Michael’s YouTube channel was good enough I could basically learn everything from his videos. But then I thought If I wanted to learn English Pronunciation comprehensively and systematically then it might be better if I bought the course.

''Hi, I’m Zenny and like many of you I’ve been learning english for many years but it still happens that the americans and british don’t understand me. At first i thought this was because of my wrong grammar, my wrong english but it turned out it wasn’t the case. ''I love British English, its sound in particular and I’ve learned it for years. However I hardly had any confidence in my english, because my english sounded unnatural to me.
